WHAT TYPES OF WATER DAMAGE DO YOU HANDLE?
Any and everything and it is not just limited to floods, hurricanes, or weather events...

CAN YOU GET INSURANCE TO COVER MY CLAIM?
The short answer is, for the most part, our services are encompassed by the majority of policies in our area.
However, the State of Texas prohibits us (as a contractor) from representing the insured and directly negotiating on their behalf for them. In other words, we work directly for you, the customer, and not the insurance company. We will provided you with comprehensive reports and documents that support your claim, but, ultimately you will be responsible for seeing your claim through depending on your policy.
That does not mean, we will not advise you (with your permission of course) based on our experience with such matters and we have an army of resources available to you if you should seek 3rd party representation.
SHOULD I JUST CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY FIRST?
It shall remain your right to proceed how you wish, however, we would prefer you allow us the opportunity to provide you with information and services first.
Insurance companies have preferred contractors and restoration companies that work in their best interest and not always yours. Costs are kept to a minimum in order to keep shareholders and board members happy.
We will NEVER take that approach and believe you deserve the best service possible, regardless of cost, and the insurance companies have a legal obligation to restore your property to equal better quality than its pre-loss condition as long as it remains within the parameters set forth by your policy.
We don't answer to shareholders and we are the board members. We hold ourselves, those that work for us, and those who are supposed to be working for you (take a guess) to the highest possible standards.
We always try to do whats right, the first time, so its the only time!
